Another great year is in the books for our Brookings dealership and that means we have new yearly (and quarterly) awards to announce.

These awards include Employee of the Quarter, which is chosen by our management, Employee of the Year, which is voted on by our staff and awarded to any full-time employee, and the Salesman of the Year award goes to the person with the best sales that calendar year.

-“I have been with Einspahr for 19 years in May.”

What is the best part of your job or why do you look forward to going to work each day?

“I like making sure my customers are taken care of to the best of my ability. So my customers are what keeps me coming back.”

What advice would you give to a new team member?

n

“You are going to have things that are not going to go as planned. Try to keep a level head about it and explain to your customers what is going on with their vehicle. Know your customers. That definitely makes it more personal. I have customers now that we also service their children’s vehicle so that is kind of fun. Seeing them go from little kids to young adults. And of course, just be KIND!!!”

“I look forward to coming in to work each day and meeting new customers, and working with my existing customers to find vehicles that suit their needs.”

What advice would you give to a new team member?

“My advice to a new team would be to be yourself and enjoy being around the Einspahr Family.”

“I have been at Einspahr Auto Plaza coming up on 5 years.”

What is the best part of your job or why do you look forward to going to work each day?

n

“I enjoy helping people. Finding that perfect vehicle for the customer is very rewarding. I also enjoy the people I work with; EAP is one big family.”

n

What advice would you give to a new team member?

n

“The advice that I would give a new team member would be that you are not going to know everything right away, and that is okay. Things are constantly evolving/changing in this industry. It takes time to learn all the product. A positive attitude, and good work ethic will go a long way in this business.”  

n
