I would personally like to thank Chris in the Dodge Service area. I have a duaghter that lives in Brookings while attending school. Your dealership and Chris in particular have been a blessing to us. Having a daughter 300 miles away and having a dealership that truly takes care of its customers is very comforting. Chris has gone above and beyond many times while my daughter, Molly, has had her car in for service and repairs. She graduates in December and yours is the only dealer I will let her purchase a vehicle from after graduation. - Patrick P.

While visiting family in Brookings recently, I noticed my "CHECK ENGINE SOON" light was on in my 2012 MKX. I drove over to Einspahr's and Charlie saved the day! Within 45 min. he told me what was wrong, and ordered the new throttle body, gave me a wonderful MKZ loaner car, and called me the next morning to say it was ready. I walked into the service dept to pick it up, and he greeted me by my first name and handed me the keys to my freshly washed and repaired car. He is a wonderful asset to your company. YEA CHARLIE - THANK YOU! I also got a follow up call a couple of days later to see if I had any concerns -- oh, yeah, and the charge was $0. - Marylee

The service facility at Einspahr's is the best service facility that I have ever been to. The service manager and staff do an excellent job. The work is done in a timely manner and I like the complete check on my pickup. Everyone at the dealership is very friendly. It is a pleasure to do business with such a fine dealership.
