While visiting family in Brookings recently, I noticed my "CHECK ENGINE SOON" light was on in my 2012 MKX. I drove over to Einspahr's and Charlie saved the day! Within 45 min. he told me what was wrong, and ordered the new throttle body, gave me a wonderful MKZ loaner car, and called me the next morning to say it was ready. I walked into the service dept to pick it up, and he greeted me by my first name and handed me the keys to my freshly washed and repaired car. He is a wonderful asset to your company. YEA CHARLIE - THANK YOU! I also got a follow up call a couple of days later to see if I had any concerns -- oh, yeah, and the charge was $0.

We apprieciate so much the way you delivered our new Chrysler Town & Country to us at your dealership. Everyone involved bent over backwards to help us out and treated us great. We have 2000 miles on our vehicle and really love it! We are still learning all of the 'high-tech' stuff that Bruce (so professionally and knowledgeably) covered on the delivery. We are amazed at all of the things they can put on vehicles these days!

At Einspahr's, we do a followup with our service customers (except for routine maintenance). Here is what one happy customer told us: "Jodie was knowledgeable about tire choices and prices. They scheduled my appointment at a time most convenient to me. Scott installed the new tires and the car drives beautifully and straight as a string. Tina processed the tire rebates for me online, which was really important, as I find the computer a real challenge. My overall experience was a "10!".
