As many of our customers know, our team at Einspahr Auto Plaza is pretty awesome. We try to take a laid back approach so you aren’t overwhelmed or bombarded during the sale or service process. We’re sharing some of the reasons why our employees love working at our Brookings car dealership.

Family Owned and Operated

Einspahr has been around for 50 years. While we’ve seen employees come and go (check here if you want to come work for us), many have stuck with us for dozens of years. It’s okay to be a lifer at Einspahr because we treat you like one of the family. We understand kids being sick, caring for parents, and more.

That’s why we work with our employees to give them the time they need to recoup from sickness or take care of their family. Small Town Values

It has been a pleasure being in the Brookings community. Sometimes when you are in a big city it’s hard to connect with the community. Not only are we advocates for various organizations like the Boys and Girls Club, but you’ll also find us wearing Bobcat red and Jackrabbit blue throughout the year.

The blessings Brookings has given to our car dealership allow us to host customer appreciation events and have a ton of fun with it! It’s crazy how many people still have a massive stuffed animal from our dealership with our anniversary sale!

We Like to Have Fun!

Many of our employees are friends outside of work. The atmosphere of friendliness comes back to our dealership in more ways than one. You’ll find random treats in the break room, enjoy time scratching Henry’s, our K-9 ambassador, ears, or having a ton of fun dressing up for Halloween, in ugly sweaters and more!

Most days, you don’t feel like you are coming to work. You feel like you are getting to hang out with your friends while doing work. Our employees have become friends with customers. Our team has helped others during spring flooding, enjoyed watching kids play sports together, or hang out at our car dealership during Trunk or Treating in October.
